Our governance foundation sets requirements for the medical board, credentials, conflicts, and reader recourse.

Medical review board
The proposed board will include five to fifteen board-certified dermatologists across medical and cosmetic practice, patient populations, and skin tones. It will own the methodology, arbitrate evidence disputes, and audit a random sample of reviews each quarter. Board appointments have not yet been supplied.
Credential verification
Before identifying a dermatologist as a verified contributor or directory provider, check an active, unrestricted state license, ABD or AOBD certification, and the NPI record against primary sources. Profiles must show verification dates and be re-checked annually. Placeholder profiles make no credential claims.
Recourse and disputes
Readers should have a working report-an-error route. Manufacturers may submit reformulation notices and factual disputes. The board will adjudicate them, and the resolution must be recorded on the relevant page. Contact and dispute handling are not yet operational in this preview.
